At Kada Elevated Modesty, we want you to be happy with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we gladly accept exchanges for eligible items. If you're unable to find a suitable replacement item, we also offer store credit for the value of the returned items (excluding shipping fees). Whether you need a different size, color, style—or a little more time to decide—we’ll work with you to make it right.

Exchange Guidelines:
Eligibility:

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges can only be done once per order.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear) for hygiene reasons

Sale or clearance items

Custom-made or personalized items
How to Request an Exchange

Details of the item(s) you'd like to exchange

The replacement item(s) you're requesting (size, color, or style)
Exchange Shipping:

We will cover the return shipping cost for the item(s) being exchanged — one time only per order. Any additional exchange requests will be at the customer's expense.
Exchange Processing

Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm availability of the desired replacement item(s).

If available, we’ll send you instructions for returning the original item(s).

After we receive the return, your replacement will be shipped promptly.
Price Differences

If the replacement item costs less, we’ll issue a store credit for the difference.

If the replacement item costs more, the additional payment will be required before shipping.
Store Credit Policy
If you do not find a suitable replacement at the time of your exchange:

A store credit will be issued for the value of the returned items (excluding shipping).

Store credit will be provided in the form of a coupon code valid for use on our website.

This credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

In the event that Kada Elevated Modesty discontinues operations before the credit is used, the credit may become void.
We encourage customers to use store credit early, as collections update regularly and stock is limited.
Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

Contact us immediately via phone or email.

Send photos of the damage to help us assess the issue.

We’ll replace it at no extra cost once the item is returned.
Additional Notes:

Items returned after 7 days or that don’t meet eligibility will not be accepted.

Only one exchange is allowed per order.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not follow our policy.
